A bespoke facial, crafted by a fully trained Medik8 professional who will analyse your skin and create a treatment that’s tailored to your specific skin concerns. The indulgent yet results-driven Expert Facial combines the luxury experience of Medik8’s signature massage techniques with the visible benefits of their advanced actives ingredients. At Skin Within, we have partnered with Medik8 to provide exactly what’s needed to visibly improve your skin concerns. This bespoke treatment includes Facial Steaming, Deep Exfoliation including Enzyme Peels & Thermal exfoliation, a stimulating Medik8 massage, a Targeted Mask plus carefully selected, highly active serums & creams to optimise your skins health. Medik8 Clarity Facial actives contain passion flower and cranberry fruit extracts that work in harmony to restore a visibly clear, balanced and soothed complexion. Medik8 Pore Refining Facial products combine activated charcoal and ultra-absorbent clays to provide intense extraction power, drawing out impurities and leaving your skin detoxified, refined, and fresh. These products are excellent for enlarged pores, surface shine, and impurities, they are deep cleansing and antibacterial. If your skin is dehydrated we will incorporate Nutrient-Rich masks and serums which flood your skin with enriched, calming minerals, marine algae, natural zinc and deeply hydrating hyaluronic acid to cool, restore and comfort even the most sensitive of skin types. Combination skin, no problem, the Medik8 Expert Facial can be adapted over the face to treat a problematic T zone while hydrating elsewhere.
Cancellation Policy
A *non-refundable* 20% deposit is required for all appointments please. This is fully redeemable from the overall cost of treatment providing the terms of the booking policy have been met. Please do ensure your personal details are entered correctly especially your email address as all correspondence in relation to your appointment will be sent via email. We completely understand sometimes emergencies do occur therefore we allow you to reschedule your appointment and transfer your booking fee to an alternative date, as long as 48hrs notice has been given. You will receive a reminder email before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please click the cancel/ reschedule button within your appointment confirmation email. Please note the 20% deposit will be retained for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. If you are running late Please inform us as soon as possible, Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able see you and may need to cancel your appointment. New Clients Treatments are carried out at the therapist’s discretion. If we feel you have previously been over treated or for any reason you are not suitable for treatment, we will unfortunately decline treatment. We always try to find an alterative treatment which will benefit your skin and treat it to it’s maximum potential considering it’s condition. We strongly recommend you book a consultation before booking treatment. If you are a new patient a full consultation sheet will be sent out to you for completion in advance of your treatment. Please ensure you make us fully aware of any underlying health conditions / allergies / medications New Client Consultations All new clients will be sent a consultation sheet on booking for completion ahead of your treatment. An online or in person consultation may be required ahead of your treatment to ensure we can maximise the benefits for you and that you are a suitable candidate. Younger clients All clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult All discounted treatment courses must be paid for in advance in full please however appointments for these treatments can be booked individually. On cancellation of any pre booked upcoming appointments a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted for each appointment cancelled By booking an appointment you are accepting these terms and conditions.
