Redemption: Valid exclusively for treatments and skincare products at [Clinic Name]. It cannot be exchanged for cash, used to buy other gift vouchers, or applied to past bookings.

Booking: Appointments are subject to availability. Please state your voucher number at the time of booking and present the physical or digital voucher upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the voucher value allocated to that session.

Partial Use: If the full value is not used in one visit, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until the original expiry date. Change will not be given in cash.
