Service Description
Who is it for? Hydrofacial is for virtually everyone. It’s suitable for all skin types (oily, dry, sensitive) and tones and it addresses multiple concerns like dullness, fine lines, congestion, uneven texture, sun spots & dehydration. It's gentle but highly effective with no-downtime. What to expect Hydrofacial is a multi step approach and while some of the active ingredients are adapted to your skin’s concerns the 60 minute Hydrofacial protocol always includes the following. Part 1 - The Hydrofacial Deep Cleanse • Hydro Peel Deep Cleanse using AHA solutions which help dissolve keratin and smooth the skin’s texture • Hydro Peel Extraction using BHA solutions to help remove blackheads and cleanse deep inside the pore. Perfect for managing congestion and bacteria. • A deep Exfoliation with active brightening ingredients while also creating an oxygenating effervescence. Part 2 - The Hydrofacial Ultimate Nourishment & Hydration • Hydro Peel Hydration packed with amino acids, vitamins, hyaluronic acid and minerals that hydrate, brighten, firm, and protect skin by improving elasticity, reducing pores, evening tone, and fighting signs of aging and inflammation, • Electroporation to temporarily open skin cell membranes, allowing potent serums to penetrate • Ultrasound therapy to stimulate blood flow, activate cell metabolism, stimulate new collagen and allows more active ingredients to penetrate the skin’s barrier • Oxygenation for cell renewal and maximum hydration • Heat therapy (42°c) to help create heat-shock proteins for skin repair & improved elasticity. • Ice therapy to tighten pores & “lock in” moisture The result, visibly brighter, smoother, plumper and more hydrated skin with noticeably smaller pores, reduced fine lines and a more even tone.
Cancellation Policy
A *non-refundable* 20% deposit is required for all appointments please. This is fully redeemable from the overall cost of treatment providing the terms of the booking policy have been met. Please do ensure your personal details are entered correctly especially your email address as all correspondence in relation to your appointment will be sent via email. We completely understand sometimes emergencies do occur therefore we allow you to reschedule your appointment and transfer your booking fee to an alternative date, as long as 48hrs notice has been given. You will receive a reminder email before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please click the cancel/ reschedule button within your appointment confirmation email. Please note the 20% deposit will be retained for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. If you are running late Please inform us as soon as possible, Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able see you and may need to cancel your appointment. New Clients Treatments are carried out at the therapist’s discretion. If we feel you have previously been over treated or for any reason you are not suitable for treatment, we will unfortunately decline treatment. We always try to find an alterative treatment which will benefit your skin and treat it to it’s maximum potential considering it’s condition. We strongly recommend you book a consultation before booking treatment. If you are a new patient a full consultation sheet will be sent out to you for completion in advance of your treatment. Please ensure you make us fully aware of any underlying health conditions / allergies / medications New Client Consultations All new clients will be sent a consultation sheet on booking for completion ahead of your treatment. An online or in person consultation may be required ahead of your treatment to ensure we can maximise the benefits for you and that you are a suitable candidate. Younger clients All clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult All discounted treatment courses must be paid for in advance in full please however appointments for these treatments can be booked individually. On cancellation of any pre booked upcoming appointments a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted for each appointment cancelled By booking an appointment you are accepting these terms and conditions.
