A Manual, Enzymatic & Chemical Exfoliation plus Microneedling to Improve Significant Pigmentation
Service Description
Who is it for? Clients with significant pigmentation concerns such as Age Spots, Hyperpigmentation, Melasma & Uneven Skin Tone. What to expect? 3 stages of Skin Exfoliation incorporating lightening products followed by Microneedling with melanin inhibiting ingredients. Melanin deposits are broken down and the actives help prevent the formation of new hyperpigmentation. While the depigmenting and brightening complexes work to lighten the skin, the Peptide Complex helps with Aging, Cell Renewal & Collagen Synthesis. Step 1 - Manual & Enzymatic Exfoliation Combining papaya & pineapple enzymes, AHA & PHA acids plus three grain sizes of exfoliating particles, this potent scrub is applied to clean, degreased skin. After gently massaging it into the skin, it is left to work for up to 15 minutes then gently removed and neutralised. Step 2 - Chemical Peel The skin is once again degreased and the whitening chemical peel is applied. The Glycolic, Kojic, Azelaic and Lactobionic Acids combine to help inhibit new pigmentation from forming while brightening & smoothing the complexion. The Peel is left on for up to 15 minute then removed and the skin neutralised. Step 3 - Microneedling To a maximum depth of 0.5mm the skin is microneedled avoiding the delicate under eye area. This ensures active ingredients effectively penetrate the epidermis to help regulate melanin production & break down hyperpigmentation. Mesotherapy can also be used to target paticularly dark patches. Step 4 - Soothing Face Mask And Relax... a soothing face mask is applied to the face to nourish & calm the complexion. The result, deeply cleansed & exfoliated skin which is visibly brighter, lighter and more even. A course of 3 treatments is recommended. *Not suitable for skin tones darker than Type IV (4) on the Fitzpatrick scale. Patch test required, all product are Italian manufactured. *Fitzpatrick Type 4 skin is characterised as olive or light brown. It is typically associated with dark brown or black hair and brown eyes. This skin tone burns minimally, rarely freckles, and always tans easily to a moderate or dark brown shade.
Cancellation Policy
A *non-refundable* 20% deposit is required for all appointments please. This is fully redeemable from the overall cost of treatment providing the terms of the booking policy have been met. Please do ensure your personal details are entered correctly especially your email address as all correspondence in relation to your appointment will be sent via email. We completely understand sometimes emergencies do occur therefore we allow you to reschedule your appointment and transfer your booking fee to an alternative date, as long as 48hrs notice has been given. You will receive a reminder email before your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please click the cancel/ reschedule button within your appointment confirmation email. Please note the 20% deposit will be retained for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. If you are running late Please inform us as soon as possible, Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we may not be able see you and may need to cancel your appointment. New Clients Treatments are carried out at the therapist’s discretion. If we feel you have previously been over treated or for any reason you are not suitable for treatment, we will unfortunately decline treatment. We always try to find an alterative treatment which will benefit your skin and treat it to it’s maximum potential considering it’s condition. We strongly recommend you book a consultation before booking treatment. If you are a new patient a full consultation sheet will be sent out to you for completion in advance of your treatment. Please ensure you make us fully aware of any underlying health conditions / allergies / medications New Client Consultations All new clients will be sent a consultation sheet on booking for completion ahead of your treatment. An online or in person consultation may be required ahead of your treatment to ensure we can maximise the benefits for you and that you are a suitable candidate. Younger clients All clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult All discounted treatment courses must be paid for in advance in full please however appointments for these treatments can be booked individually. On cancellation of any pre booked upcoming appointments a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted for each appointment cancelled By booking an appointment you are accepting these terms and conditions.
